7. Changes to Reservation Dates

Requests to modify reservation dates, accommodation type or booking details are subject to availability and operational approval.

8. Early Departure

Although every reasonable effort is made to maintain accurate availability information, temporary delays, synchronization conflicts or technical issues beyond our control may occasionally occur.

A reservation is considered confirmed only after successful payment or deposit completion and written confirmation from KONSTANTINIDIS SQUARED HOMES G.P.

11. Refund Processing

Where a refund is approved and applicable, it will generally be processed using the original payment method where technically possible.
